 HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

It takes 4 days to process your orders and delivery is approximately 2-3 weeks upon order processing (Usually much faster). However at this time of the year, due to high demand of and the busy season, please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at contact@trovelocker.com

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

 

WHAT IF I WANT A REFUND?

All you have to do is ask. Your item and shipping cost is insured by us. If for any reason your item(s) does not arrive or arrives in a condition not as we promised, you will get a full refund no questions asked. All item(s) are 100% money back guaranteed.!

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s), missed parcel deliveries, or specific cases included in our Refunds Policy page).

 

DO YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?

We have successfully ship A LOT of products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the globe!

 

CAN I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes. Once shipped a tracking number will be available and provided upon request.

 

WHY IS THE MATERIAL INSIDE NOT WRITTEN IN ENGLISH?"

To eliminate a retail markup, we've requested that the overseas manufacturers package and ship directly to you so that you can save on unnecessary retail markup.

 

I'VE PLACED ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS RECENTLY, CAN I COMBINE THEM INTO ONE PACKAGE? 

Since we have different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)

 

I'VE PUT A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PICKET A WRONG SIZE/VARIANT! CAN I CHANGE IT?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
